Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver to deliver and unload food and related products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. You will operate tractor-trailer or straight truck, maintain safety, and uphold DOT regulations.

On a 4-5 day work week, with Monday-Saturday availability, you will be the face of our service, building lasting relationships with customers while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year commercial driving experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass pre-employment drug test, DOT Medical Card, and road test. English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post-trip safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety guidelines; report hazards.
• Inspect trailer and verify freight, count items, and check invoices.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly for freight movement.
• Maintain hours-of-service compliance and ensure secure handling of freight.
