Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated routes who will haul freight nationwide and rotate through multiple destinations. Expect travel across the country with airline-style travel benefits and paid orientation, plus a robust driver benefits package.

Responsibilities include unloading with personnel or by hand, performing complex backing maneuvers, and maintaining safe driving across routes. Eligible applicants should have a CDL-A and be willing to fly, with a REAL ID or passport as

• Unload freight by hand using rolltainers, Uboats, and similar equipment.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backing maneuvers.
• Drive within the Midwest and across multiple routes as assigned.

Overview

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.
• Paid flights to and from destinations.
• Haul retail merchandise on liftgate trailers.
• 100% hand unload freight utilizing rolltainers, Uboats, etc.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 3 loads per week with 4 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Midwest.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
