Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. Dedicated truck program seeks drivers to haul Dollar General freight on liftgate trailers. You will hand-unload at stores and complete 4 loads per week with 3 stop-offs per load. Home time is weekly across a multi-state region.

Qualified drivers hold a valid Class A CDL and live within 60 miles of Harrisburg, PA or Winchester, VA. Comprehensive benefits and sign-on bonuses are available.

• Drive within DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA and WV.

Average pay: $1,520-$1,690 weekly

Overview

• Haul retail freight on liftgate trailers.
• 100% hand unload freight at Dollar General stores using rolltainers.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 4 loads per week with 3 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA and WV.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for non-experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
