Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated nationwide routes. You will haul freight with liftgate trailers and hand unload freight, traveling to diverse locations across the country.

Expect to handle slow-speed maneuvers and back procedures, with multiple loads per week and several stop-offs. The role offers mileage and load pay, on-duty hourly pay, orientation, time off, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID or valid passport.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport.
