Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a dedicated CDL A driver for dedicated driving assignments across the West Coast. You will haul retail merchandise on liftgate trailers and hand unload at Dollar General stores, with 2–3 loads weekly and 2–5 stops per load.

Routes span AZ, CA, NV, OR and WA, backed by a comprehensive benefits package. The role offers mileage pay, hourly pay on duty (not driving), a first-year $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, orientation, PTO after 6 months, and annual bonus

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Live within 75 miles of Lebec, CA or San Bernardino, CA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
