Job summary

Schneider National seeks experienced CDL drivers for dedicated routes in California. You will haul freight on liftgate trailers and perform on-road driving across multiple western states with home time options as part of a driver-focused team.

Earn mileage and load pay, along with hourly on-duty pay, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days. Additional bonuses, paid orientation, and a strong benefits package support your long-term success with Schneider National.

Overview

• Hauling retail freight on liftgate trailers.
• 100% hand unload freight using rolltainers.
• 2 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
• Drive within AZ, CA, MT, NV, OR, UT and WA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
