Dedicated Class A CDL Regional Driver – $1,825/Wk Avg | 100% Touch Freight

Job Type: Full-Time | Dedicated Regional

Job Overview

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, dedicated regional fleet out of Maquoketa, IA. This account combines a flat high CPM rate with heavy unload and stop pay to generate consistent weekly paychecks. Deliveries run throughout IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO.

Earnings & Pay Breakdown

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,825/week
• Average Annual Pay: $95,000/year
• Base Mileage Rate: Flat $0.75 CPM (regardless of experience depth)
• All-In Pay Average: ~$1.18 CPM (Base + Accessorials + Stops)
• Accessorial & Activity Pay:
  • $285 per full trailer unload
  • $50 per backhaul
  • $20 per stop

Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 Total):

• Months 1–2: $500 after 1st load | $500 at 30 days | $250 at 60 days
• Months 3–6: $250 each at 90, 120, and 150 days | $500 at 180 days

Route & Operations

• Average Weekly Miles: 1,500 miles/week
• Freight & Handling: 100% driver unload (box-by-box using roller conveyors)
• Workload: ~2 loads per week | 3–5 stops per load
• Equipment: International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors
• Home Time: Weekly for a 34-hour home reset
• Paid Onboarding: 1 week of ride-along training at $150/day

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
• Physical ability to handle live roller unloads in all weather conditions
• Open availability for early morning deliveries, night driving, weekends, and holidays
• Truck Parking: Secure home-time parking required (personal property or gated facility with double security; no retail parking)
• Clean MVR and background check (Not SAP Friendly)
• Must bring 2 weeks of supplies to orientation
