Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking a dedicated Class A CDL driver for a regional account based in Joliet, IL. This role offers 800–1000 miles per week with 100% touch freight and paid accessorials (unload, stops, and backhaul pay).

Average weekly pay ranges from $1,500 to $1,700, with opportunities to earn more on top of base pay. The position includes a sign-on bonus and paid training.

Qualifications

Dedicated Class A CDL Driver - Regional / 100% Touch Freight

Job Type: Full-Time | Regional Dedicated

Job Summary

Looking for high weekly earnings and steady regional miles? We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account operating out of Joliet, IL. Drivers average 800-1,000 miles per week with heavy accessorial pay (unload, stop, and backhaul pay) driving your paycheck.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average Weekly: $1,500 - $1,700 ($75,000 - $100,000/year)
• Top Earners: $2,000+ weekly (~$1.80/mile all-in average)
• Base CPM Structure:
  • 0-11 months: $0.82 CPM
  • 12-23 months: $0.83 CPM
  • 24-35 months: $0.84 CPM
  • 36+ months: $0.85 CPM
• Accessorial Pay:
  • $245 per unloaded trailer
  • $70 per backhaul
  • $25 per stop
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus:
  • $250 after 1st load | $250 at 30, 60, 120, 150 days | $500 at 90 days | $750 at 180 days
• Summer Retention Bonus: Earn an extra $337.50/week during qualifying promotional periods.

Route & Schedule

• Running Area: IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY
• Freight: 100% physical touch freight (manual store unloading)
• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (weekends flexible / not guaranteed)
• Equipment: Late-model Freightliners and Internationals
• Paid Training: 2-day ride-along program at $150/day

Key Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience within the last 36 months
• Physical ability to perform 100% floor-unloads
• Clean MVR and background check (Not SAP friendly)
• Truck parking required at local Terminal / DC (no home parking)
• Must bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to orientation
