Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional routes across IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO. Earn reliable weekly gross pay with generous miles and load pays, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Expect 34-hour home time weekly and 100% touch freight with early morning shifts and required breaks. Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, with comprehensive safety requirements adhered to

Consistent Miles & Exceptional Component Pay:

• Reliable Earnings: Average $1,825gross weekly (based on a steady ~1,550 miles and 2 loads per week).
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 to welcome you to the team.
• Strong Mileage Pay: $0.75 CPM for all miles driven.
• Premium Accessorials:
  • Unload Pay: $285 per unload (100% touch freight).
  • Stop Pay: $20 per stop (typically 3 to 5 stops per route).
  • Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
• Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.

Home Time & Schedule:

• Home Weekly: Spend your full 34-hour reset at home every week.
• Shift & Pace: Early morning deliveries require night driving. Drivers complete their required 10-hour break directly prior to unloading.
• Operating Area: Multi-state regional routes covering IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO.

Job Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Physical Work: 100% touch freight. Physically demanding live unloads, box-by-box using store roller systems (averaging 2 loads per week).
• Safety & Compliance: Must meet all DOT drug, alcohol, and safety requirements. Accidents, tickets, and violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
