CDL-A Regional Dedicated Driver | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus + $1,600–$1,800+ Weekly

Looking for high-earning regional miles with weekly home time? We are hiring dedicated CDL-A drivers for multi-stop store routes across the Midwest, offering an all-in rate around $1.50/mile and steady year-round freight.

• Earning Potential: $1,600–$1,800 average weekly ($80,000–$115,000+ yearly; top earners hit $2,200+/week)
• Pay Breakdown: Base CPM ($0.80–$0.86 based on tenure) + $325 per unload + $30 per backhaul
• Sign-On Incentive: $2,500 total bonus ($250 on 1st load, staged payouts through 180 days)
• Home Time & Schedule: Weekly 34-hour home reset; early AM deliveries with night driving, weekend, and holiday runs
• Cargo Handling & Mileage: Manual piece-by-piece offloading via roller conveyors; average 1,110 miles per week running roughly 3 dispatches (3 to 5 store drops per run).
• Paid Orientation & Vacation: 1-week paid ride-along training at $150/day + up to 4 weeks paid time off based on tenure

Driver Qualifications & Hiring Standards

• Experience & Licensing: Unexpired Class A CDL, valid DOT medical card, and at least 3 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Physical & Environmental Readiness: Fit for manual box-by-box offloading and comfortable working in extreme outdoor weather conditions.
• Home Parking Requirement: Must have access to secure truck/trailer parking for resets (must feature cameras or guard gates; no retail or unsecure lots).
• Preparedness & Service: Strong customer patience, high safety focus, and ability to bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
• Vetting Standards: Clean driving background/MVR and passing results on pre-employment DOT hair testing.
