Velocity TruckingPros LLC is hiring dedicated regional Class A CDL drivers for 100% touch freight with overnight shifts and weekly home resets. Drivers run a Midwest/Great Plains network with consistent miles and a generous pay package including accessorial pay and bonuses.

The position offers a week-long orientation payoff and a solid benefits structure. Home time is weekly, with occasional extra shifts based on freight demand.

Job description

Dedicated Regional Class A Position – 100% Touch Freight

We are immediately hiring active, professional Class A CDL drivers for a high‑paying, dedicated regional account. If you want a consistent route running through the Midwest and Great Plains, steady weekly miles, and an aggressive pay package that rewards manual unloading effort, this dedicated fleet is a great fit.

Earnings & Mileage Highlights

• Weekly Income: Average $1,825 a week (annual earning potential averages $95,000).
• Base Mileage Pay: Flat $0.75 CPM for all experience levels.
• Estimated All‑In Rate: Averages out to approximately $1.18 per mile when factoring in all accessorial pay.
• Accessorial Pay: Extra $285 flat for every trailer you unload, $50 for backhauls, and $20 per stop.
• Orientation Pay: Your initial 1-week training program is fully covered at a flat $150 per day.

Active Bonuses & Incentives

• $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus: Paid as $500 on 1st load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60, 90, 120, and 150 days, and $500 at 180 days.

Route Logistics & Equipment Specs

• The Runs: Dedicated regional deliveries throughout IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO.
• Weekly Distance: Averages 1,500 road miles and 2 full loads per week.
• Physical Demands: 100% touch freight. Drivers are responsible for handling manual trailer unloads using roller ramps.
• The Fleet: Well‑maintained, late‑model conventional sleeper tractors.

Shift Schedule & Home Time

• The Hours: Work schedules feature overnight driving shifts with early morning deliveries. Expect 3 to 5 delivery stops per load.
• Home Time: Guaranteed weekly 34‑hour home reset. Occasional night, weekend, and holiday work is standard based on freight demand.

Mandatory Hiring Rules

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Minimum of 3 months of solo tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Full physical capability to handle heavy touch freight and manual unloads in all weather conditions.
• Ready to bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to your scheduled onboarding orientation.
