You’ll earn about $1,825 per week gross (roughly $95,000 annually) plus a $2,500 sign-on and per-stop/backhaul pay, unload bonus, and a 1-week paid onboarding at $150/day. Overnight runs with 34-hour resets keep you close to home.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of solo tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Able to unload using roller ramps in varying weather conditions.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
• Strict home parking requirement with secure parking for truck/trailer.
• Clean MVR and background check; SAP-friendly policies apply as described.

Responsibilities

Pay Highlights

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,825 gross per week (around $95,000 annually).
• Flat Rate Pay: $0.75 CPM across the board, regardless of experience tier.
• All-In Value: Averages out to $1.18 per mile when combining mileage, stops, and accessorials.
• Unload Compensation: Earn a flat $285 for every trailer you unload.
• Extra Pay: $20 per stop | $50 per backhaul.
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid out progressively across your first six months ($500 on first load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60/90/120/150 days, $500 at 180 days).

Route, Equipment & Daily Operations

• Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour home reset every week.
• The Route: Dedicated regional lanes covering IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO.
• Weekly Pace: Average 1,500 miles per week (typically 2 loads with 3 to 5 stops each).
• The Labor: 100% driver unload using roller ramps at delivery points.
• The Schedule: Overnight driving with early morning deliveries (drivers complete a full 10-hour break prior to unloading). Shifts run through nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• The Fleet: Late‑model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors.
• Paid Onboarding: 1 week of paid ride‑along training at $150/day.

Driver Qualifications
