What the Job Looks Like

You’ll haul dedicated freight across IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO.

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Average 1,500 miles per week
• 100% touch freight
• Driver unload using rollers
• Average 2 loads per week
• Usually 3–5 stops per route
• Drive late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors
• Paid 1-week ride-along training at $150/day

Schedule

Expect early morning deliveries after overnight driving. Drivers should be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays when scheduled.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Earn an extra $2,500 paid out in increments over your first 180 days (starting with $500 after your first load, milestones every 30 days, and a final $500 payout at 180 days).

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 90 days of CDL-A experience within the last 36 months
• Able to perform physical unloads safely
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures
• Strong customer service skills
• Bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Secure truck/trailer parking required during home time (personal property or gated location with two forms of security)
• No parking at retail stores or unsecured locations
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Not SAP Friendly
