Job summary

Republic Services in Maryland seeks a CDL(A) Driver to safely operate heavy commercial trucks delivering and removing large containers along assigned routes. You will ensure vehicle readiness, comply with safety standards, and complete daily vehicle condition reports.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, loading/unloading, interacting courteously with customers, performing minor container repairs, and maintaining route productivity.

• Safely operate the truck on assigned routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load/unload and dispose of waste per safety procedures and regulations.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues daily.
