American Driver LLC in Columbus, GA is seeking a CDL-A driver for eastern regional OTR runs. You’ll start with paid mentor training before solo, with loads staying mainly east and about 2,500 miles per week. Expect home resets every two weeks and weekly direct deposit pay.

New grads (120 hours) or experienced drivers are welcome; driver gets a late-model truck, steady miles, and a clear path to full solo mileage pay after training. Medical, 401(k) and PTO benefits follow after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL in home state, 21+ years old.
• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• Acceptable driving record; no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years; DOT physical and hair/urine screen.

Responsibilities

• OTR driving across the eastern states with a mix of drop-and-hook and live freight.
• Home about every two weeks for reset and planned loads with day/night dispatch.
• Operate loads with steady miles and assigned trucks.

Columbus, GA Class A drivers: eastern OTR miles, home every two weeks, and a paid seat for new grads.

New CDL-A and need a company to take you? You'll train with a paid mentor first, then run solo. Loads stay east, so your miles are steady and the routes get familiar.

What you'll earn

• $1,200 to $1,400 a week, about $62,400 to $72,800 a year
• $0.55 a mile to start, up $0.01 a year to $0.65
• About 2,500 miles a week
• $15 per stop after the first
• Paid weekly, direct deposit

Your week

OTR lanes across the eastern states, a mix of drop-and-hook and live freight. Out about two weeks, then home for your reset. Planned loads, day and night dispatch.

New grad path

• 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you

Your truck

Assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, 24/7 dispatch.
