Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a full-time CDL A delivery driver to transport building materials to retail stores and job sites. You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain the vehicle, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requires 2 years of commercial driving, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Hands-on delivery experience.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to plan and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials to retail stores and job sites using a tractor-trailer.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment.
• Report repairs needed and ensure DOT compliance.
• Verify loads before leaving facility or site.
• Follow safety procedures and occasional weekend work.
