Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Driver to transport and deliver building materials to customers, distribution centers and job sites using a tractor-trailer from our Amarillo area operations. The role requires safe driving, customer service, and the ability to lift 60+ pounds.

This full-time day shift includes strict DOT compliance, pre- and post-trip inspections, and the use of a piggy-back forklift as needed.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required and clean driving record.
• 2 years tractor-trailer experience (flatbed/trailer) including winter driving recommended.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Valid Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials to customers, distribution centers and job sites.
• Load/unload materials using hand, forklift, or overhead crane.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report deficiencies.
• Ensure delivery accuracy with shipping lists and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance during all driving activities.
