HCA Healthcare is seeking a CDI Physician Education Specialist to provide onsite support for CDI functions at the division and facility levels. You will interpret trends in CDI data and partner with physicians to identify documentation improvement opportunities, working with leaders across specialties and travel up to 25%.

You will deliver education to physicians, residents, and advanced practice providers, develop education resources, and collaborate with multi-department teams to leverage

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in health care required.
• 3+ years of inpatient CDI experience (2+ years) required.
• Registered Nurse or credential recognized by AHIMA/ACDIS required.

Responsabilidades

• Educate CDI stakeholders including physicians and providers.
• Prioritize day-to-day activities with strong organizational skills.
• Develop and deliver documentation education resources.
• Review data to identify CDI root causes and trends.
