St. Elizabeth Healthcare seeks a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) professional to review physician documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork as you engage with patients, families and colleagues. Position involves expertise with EPIC, 3M Encompass/CDIS and Midas, and requires a compact multi-state license or nursing license in the state of work, with at least five years of direct patient care

Qualificações

• Education, Credentials, Licenses: If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed.
• Specialized Knowledge: Use of personal computer and Windows applications.
• Knowledge of encoding/grouping/compliance software.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates knowledge of documentation requirements.
• Facilitates clinical documentation.
• Competent utilization of EPIC, 3M Encompass/CDIS, Midas.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Demonstrates responsibility for personal development.
