HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Portsmouth, NH seeks a CDI Physician Education Specialist to provide onsite support for CDI functions at division and facility levels. You will interpret trending data, conduct focused reviews, and partner with physicians to improve documentation.

Travel up to 25% is required. Strong collaboration with leadership and educators across departments, and ability to work independently are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years healthcare experience required.
• 3+ years inpatient CDI experience required.
• RN or AHIMA/ACDIS credential required.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite education related to CDI to physicians, residents and APPs.
• Analyze CDI data and trends to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve documentation.
• Lead and participate in CDI-related pilots and projects.
• Coordinate with division teams to leverage technology for documentation.
• Support timely physician query completion and education.
