Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions in Marion, Ohio, seeks a Case Manager (CDCA) to assess client needs and build comprehensive treatment plans across SUD and MH services. You will coordinate care, document progress, and collaborate with clinicians to support recovery and community reintegration.

Requirements include CDCA certification, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and compliance checks. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; pay: $20.19–$26.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• CDCA certification required.
• Current State of Ohio driver's license and active insurance.
• Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides safe, timely, effective, and client-centered care across SUD and MH domains.
• Develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans with clinicians.
• Completes billing and documentation accurately in a timely manner.
• Sees clients weekly or as clinically appropriate and coordinates with community resources.
