Responsibilities

  • Oversee the City’s CDBG program and prepare HUD reports.
  • Coordinate grant applications and assess eligibility, risk, and ranking.
  • Prepare agreements and MOUs between subrecipients.
  • Provide technical assistance to grant recipients.
  • Monitor funded activities for compliance and deadlines.
  • Prepare environmental reviews and use IDIS for reporting.
  • Promote fair housing and community development planning.
  • Represent the city on the Community Development Committee.
