Minimum requirements include 18+ for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, and successful background checks with drug screening as permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check conducted as per laws; drug screen required where permitted.
• TWIC Card required or able to obtain.
• No prior work experience required; licensing may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce safety procedures per client site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and assist in emergency response as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols around the client site and perimeter.
• Monitor live surveillance feeds; notify clients of suspicious activity.
• Evaluate suspicious activity and potential criminality; escalate accordingly.
