Qualifications

• Prior civilian or military law enforcement experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by client site.
• Intercede, escort, or assist in escorting persons as needed.
• Observe and report inappropriate or suspicious behavior to the client.
• Document any irregular security-related or safety-related incidents.
