Job summary

Alliance Building Services in New York City seeks a Senior Service Technician to install, service, and test CCTV and access control systems for a premier clientele. You will coordinate field activities, troubleshoot networked security devices, and maintain strong customer relations.

Requirements include a technical degree or bachelor, 2–3 years in security tech, certifications (AMAG, Genetec, LenelS2, Exacq, Brivo, Eagle Eye), OSHA-40, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in the security technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts: CCTV, access control, intercom, intrustion, and network devices.
• Active certifications: AMAG, Genetec, LenelS2, Exacq, Brivo & Eagle Eye.
• OSHA 40 certification and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install or service security systems including CCTV and access control.
• Test, adjust, and troubleshoot security equipment and network issues.
• Resolve low-voltage continuity and firewall networking configurations.
• Coordinate with clients, managers, and other team members; manage job planning.
• Maintain CRM records documenting installation and service activities.
