Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Technician to operate CCTV equipment for pipeline inspections, perform jetting and clean-out installations, and assist with sewer maintenance and rehabilitation projects in Virginia. Qualifications

• 1+ year of water/sewer/televising/jetting or CIPP construction experience.
• Familiarity with closed-circuit TV cameras and high-pressure sewer equipment.
• PACP/MACP/LACP certification preferred.
• Strong reading of plans and specifications.
• Good communication and mechanical aptitude; safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate remote CCTV cameras to inspect pipelines and identify cleaning or lining needs.
• Perform jetting, cabling, and installation of clean-outs; locate manholes from maps.
• Maintain and operate equipment; support sewer maintenance, inspection, or rehabilitation tasks.
• Repair pipelines using specified products and methods; supervise jetting and vactoring work as needed.
• Set up and take down traffic controls; store footage and monitor surveillance.
