Job summary
Vortex Companies, LLC in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a CCTV Operator to support water infrastructure maintenance projects. You will operate remote CCTV cameras, perform jetting and cleaning operations, locate manholes, and assist in sewer rehabilitation tasks.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with water, sewer, televising, jetting, or CIPP.
- Knowledge of closed video camera operation and high-pressure sewer cleaning equipment.
- PACP/MACP/LACP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plans and specifications.
- Proficient with lasers and line-and-grade.
- Good customer service and communication with safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Operate remote CCTV cameras to record interiors of pipelines for inspections and determine cleaning needs.
- Jetting, cabling, and installing clean-outs.
- Locate manholes from a map.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.
- Operate and maintain equipment.
- Support sewer maintenance, inspection and rehabilitation tasks.
