Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Security Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex CCTV and Access Control systems at client sites. You will work independently in the field, handle live environments such as hospitals and schools, and mentor junior technicians to elevate service quality.

The role emphasizes advanced diagnostic skills, documentation discipline, and close collaboration with IT teams to resolve issues efficiently and reduce downtime for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in low-voltage/security systems.
• Experience servicing (not just installing) systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Has handled live customer environments (hospitals, schools, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CCTV and Access Control systems on customer sites.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts used and customer interactions.
• Manage inventory levels for parts and supplies.
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly to minimize downtime.
