Job summary

AMR is hiring a Critical Care Transport Nurse in Central Arizona for a full-time role. You will deliver advanced patient care during inter-facility transport, leading a patient care team and ensuring safe, well-stocked, and compliant operations.

The position offers a $5K sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $38.11 to $56.57, with shift differentials, paid training, and generous PTO accruals. Eligibility requires ICU RN or ED/CCT experience and current RN licensure with necessary

Qualifications

• Active RN license and up-to-date certifications.
• Minimum ICU RN 2 years or ED/CCT/Cardiac/Trauma RN 5 years.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS-C provider status required.
• PHTLS and NRP certifications required within 6 months.
• FEMA ICS courses IS-100B and IS-700A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in critical care during inter-facility transport.
• Provide care within RN scope and transfer guidelines.
• Apply critical thinking to manage critically ill adults and children.
• Lead the crew, maintain equipment and stock, ensure safety.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety teams.

Nurse FULL-TIME Opportunity in Central, Az$5K Sign-on bonus

$38.11 - $56.57 per hour

We're hiring a Critical Care Transport (CCT) Nurse that is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and basic as well as advanced patient care during inter-facility transportation of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Nurses assess and use expertise in each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical care situations.
• Provide care requirements aligned within the Registered Nurse scope of practice as defined by the Board of Registered Nursing and per CCT standardized procedure.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians' orders.
• Act as team leader and take pride in providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients and maintain regular equipment checks and stock.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow crew.
• Nurses are accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing training required for the position.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN or 5 years ED/CCT/ Cardiac/Trauma RN experience (Non-negotiable)
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS-C (or equivalent) provider status
• BLS, ACLS, CPR Card (American Heart Association only- AHA)
• PHTLS and NRP Provider Certification (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
• ICS courses, refer to FEMA (nims/) - IS-100B (ICS 100), IS-700A (NIMS)
• Critical care inter-facility transfer experience; CEN, CCRN, TNCC, or ENC Certification; BTLS/PHTL
