Job summary

AMR is seeking a CCT Nurse for a full-time opportunity in Central, AZ. The role offers a $5K sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $38.11–$56.57. The position requires ICU RN or ED/CCT/Trauma RN experience, plus current RN license and certifications.

You will lead a team, ensure patient safety, and maintain equipment and stock in critical care settings. Responsibilities include assessing patients, following CCT procedures, supporting physicians, and collaborating with emergency and public safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN or 5 years ED/CCT/Cardiac/Trauma RN experience (Non-negotiable).
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS-C provider status.
• PHTLS and NRP provider certification (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
• IS-100B (ICS 100) and IS-700A (NIMS) courses per FEMA guidelines.

• Provide care aligned within the Registered Nurse scope of practice as defined by the Board of Registered Nursing and per CCT standardized procedure.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill or injured patient and support physicians’ orders.
• Act as team leader and ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients and maintain regular equipment checks and stock.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow crew.
• Nurses are accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing training required for the position.

MinimumRequired

• Current Registered Nurse license

• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS-C (or equivalent) provider status
• BLS, ACLS, CPR Card (American Heart Association only- AHA)
• PHTLS and NRP Provider Certification (must obtain within 6 months of hire)

• Critical care inter-facility transfer experience; CEN, CCRN, TNCC, or ENC Certification; BTLS/PHTL
