Job summary

AMR in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a CCT Nurse for a full-time, on-site role in a high-acuity environment. The position offers a $5K sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $38.11 to $56.57, with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate brings ICU RN or ED/CCT/Cardiac/Trauma RN experience (minimum 2 years ICU or 5 years ED/CCT). Must hold current RN license, ACLS/PALS, and BLS-C; NRP and PHTLS are encouraged with a 6-month window for PHTLS.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years ICU RN or 5 years ED/CCT/Cardiac/Trauma RN experience
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS-C provider status
• IS-100B and IS-700A certifications or equivalent
• CEN/CCRN/TNCC or ENC certifications or similar critical care credentials
• Willingness to obtain BTLS/PHTLS as required

Responsibilities

• Assess and use expertise to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical care situations.
• Lead team and maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment with equipment checks.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the role

CCT Nurse

Nurse FULL-TIME Opportunity in Central, Az$5K Sign-on bonus$38.11 - $56.57 per hour

Responsibilities

• assess and use expertise in each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical care situations.
• Provide carerequirementsalignedwithin the Registered Nurse scope of practice as defined by the Board of Registered Nursing and per CCT standardized procedure.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians’ orders.
• Act as team leader and take pride in providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients and maintain regular equipment checks and stock.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as yourfellowcrew.
• Nurses are accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing training required for the position.

MinimumRequired

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN or 5 years ED/CCT/ Cardiac/Trauma RN experience (Non-negotiable)
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS-C (or equivalent) provider status
• BLS, ACLS, CPR Card (American Heart Association only- AHA)
• PHTLS and NRP Provider Certification (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
