Job summary

Community Action of Washington County is seeking a CCR&R Coordinator to lead and supervise a dedicated team, partnering with community organizations to expand high-quality early learning access in Washington County, Oregon.

The role focuses on workforce development, equity, and retention, aligning activities with grant requirements while building a robust, culturally responsive network of child care providers serving children furthest from opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field, or Step 10 on the Oregon Registry with 3+ years experience.
• Proven ability to supervise others and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; public speaking experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and data reporting experience using databases.
• Knowledge of Oregon Registry System and professional development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of IECMHCs and support staff.
• Develop operations and monitoring systems aligning with grants and funder requirements.
• Build relationships with child care programs and partners; provide data insights.
• Implement strategies to increase child care capacity county-wide.
• Coordinate professional development and TA per Oregon Registry standards.
