Job summary

Community Action is seeking a CCR&R Coordinator to lead a team of IECMHC consultants and drive equitable access to high-quality early learning. You will supervise staff, guide data-informed decisions, and partner with local organizations to strengthen the county's network.

The role emphasizes workforce retention, culturally responsive practices, and ensuring alignment with grant requirements while expanding capacity across infant to school-age care in Washington County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field or Step 10 on the Oregon Registry with 3+ years’ relevant experience.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects and staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and public speaking experience.
• Experience with databases, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of the Oregon Registry System and professional development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and coaching to IECMHC staff to support growth.
• Develop efficient operations that align with grant contracts and funder requirements.
• Build relationships with child care programs and partners; provide data insights.
• Implement strategies to increase infant, toddler, preschool and school-age care capacity.
• Oversee professional development and training evaluations per standards.
