Job summary

Community Action of Washington County seeks a bilingual CCR&R Specialist to recruit and retain child care providers across Washington County. You will manage professional development calendars, assist with licensing support, and ensure families access to licensed care.

Role includes coordinating trainings, updating databases, and delivering bilingual communications. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort with MS Office and data reporting. On-site position based in Beaverton, OR.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency, written and verbal.
• Experience with databases and MS Office; ability to design reports.
• Experience coordinating trainings and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain child care providers; manage enrollment in Find Child Care Oregon.
• Coordinate professional development calendars and training delivery.
• Maintain partner databases and ensure up-to-date rate data.
• Handle bilingual communications and promotional materials.
• Support invoicing, purchasing and program supply inventory.
