Job summary

Signal Centers is seeking a Shelby Assistant Coordinator to support the Shelby Site Coordinator in daily operations, staff supervision, and delivering high-quality CCR&R services.

You will coach providers, develop staff, build community partnerships, and assist with performance goals to improve outcomes for children and families. Applicants must be able to work from a remote home environment in TN and travel statewide as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in education, Early Childhood Education, Family and Consumer Sciences or related field.
• Three to five years of management experience.
• Five years of experience in this or related field.
• Experience training and coaching adult learners.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Physical examination and negative TB result on file.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel statewide; work some nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work from a remote home environment within TN.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals related to performance-based outcome standards for local CCR&R.
• Monitor staff productivity and data completion.
• Assist coaches in staffing and teaming referrals and agency requests.
• Provide direct mentoring and coaching to staff.
• Maintain a caseload of DHS licensed agencies.
• Assist with analyzing and resolving issues with programs in caseload.
• Establish relationships with CCR&R partners.
• Participate in community collaborative efforts and meetings.
• Support an inclusive work environment.
• Train and onboard new ECQCs and regional coaches.
• Plan, direct work assignments, evaluate performance and resolve concerns.
• Analyze team data to identify strengths and improvement areas.
• Assist with regional meetings, trainings and events.
