The position requires travel across the state, remote work from a TN residence, and collaboration with CCR&R staff to support high-quality services for young children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, early childhood education, family and consumer sciences, or related field.
• Three years of experience in this or related field preferred.
• Experience training and coaching adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development and coaching to educators and child care providers.
• Research and stay current on quality early language and literacy practices.
• Deliver trainings and practice-based coaching using various delivery methods.
