Job summary

Cimarron Casino Enterprise in Perkins, OK seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to direct all F&B activities, ensure guest satisfaction, supervise staff, and coordinate with the General Manager on goals and budgets.

You will oversee recipe standards, hygiene, front-of-house and bar operations, and ensure compliance with tribal, state and local laws, while maintaining cost controls and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the Food and Beverage Department and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and controls.
• Staff, train, evaluate, and coordinate Food and Beverage employees; handle hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure recipe standards and kitchen/bar hygiene are maintained at all times.
• Oversee dining room/front-of-house and beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Develop and manage F&B operating budgets with the General Manager; monitor costs and forecast data.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, state, and local laws and regulations; oversee program administration.

Job description

Responsible foe the successful overall direction, administration and coordination of all activities of the Food and Beverage Department at Cimarron Casino in accordance with all established policies, procedures and controls. The Food and Beverage Manager ensures that a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained by the department.Duties include but are not limited to:Ensures performance standards and policies and procedures as they relate to the Food and Beverage Department.Staffs, trains, evaluates and coordinates all Food and Beverage Employees.Responsible foe hiring, disciplinary actions, performance reviews and terminations in the Food and Beverage department.Ensures all specifications in recipe standards are achieved and maintained.Maintains excellent kitchen and bar hygiene conditions at all times.Ensures dining room/front-of-house, and beverage departments operate in a customer-friendly, efficient manner.Implements and manages an effective an effective F&B plan for the property, working with the General Manager to determine current and future objectives.Coordinates the development of Food and Beverage operating budgets with the General Manager and ensures that operations are maintained within budgetary constraints.Review analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data, to determine departmental progress toward stated goals and objectives.administers all programs, policies and procedures for the Food and Beverage Department.Ensures compliance with all appropriate Tribal, federal, state and local laws and regulations, as applicable.Ensures the fair and equitable treatment of all Food and Beverage Employees.Other duties as assigned.
