Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to design and implement CCaaS solutions using Amazon Connect/Lex and Bedrock, and to lead AI-enabled software development. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on coding experience, strong design instincts, and a proactive testing mindset.

The role focuses on requirements elicitation, design discussions, integration, debugging, and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support in a dynamic cloud-based environment.

Qualifications

• Design end-to-end CCaaS solutions using Amazon Connect/Lex, Bedrock.
• Experience in conversational AI with Amazon Lex (V1/V2), Lambda, and related AWS services.

Responsabilités

• Document business requirements and guide software design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and manage code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing methods and support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable software integration.
