Job summary

Caylent is seeking a Senior CXE Engineer to drive enterprise contact center transformations with Amazon Connect, Bedrock and Claude. You’ll write Lambda functions, CDK stacks, and React tooling, delivering production-grade AI agents and orchestrations at scale.

You will own implementation quality, propose architectural improvements, and collaborate with customer teams across full-stack, data, and security domains to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including cloud-native, serverless and CCaaS platforms.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js, Python, React with production-grade delivery and observability.
• Hands-on AWS and DevOps tooling with infrastructure as code (CDK/Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, Bedrock, and Claude.
• Develop and maintain serverless backends with Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, and data pipelines.
• Engineer prompts, tool-calling integrations, and multi-agent orchestration at production scale.
• Ensure security, cost efficiency, and performance with observability and tracing.
• Collaborate with customer teams to drive successful production deployments.
