Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking an Instructor/Operator II to deliver CBTI-based training at Fort Benning, GA. You will plan, develop, and run training exercises, coordinate with SMEs, and ensure scenarios reflect current doctrine and technologies used on the battlefield.

The role requires expertise in CBT platforms, simulation tools, and adult learning, plus the ability to adapt materials for varying learner needs while maintaining standards and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with CBT platforms and simulation systems.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum design.
• Knowledge of defense operations or related technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and develop training products, materials, and scenarios.
• Update training materials with SMEs to reflect current doctrine and tech.
• Load and verify database entities for training scenarios (SAF, routes).
• Support CBTI activities in MCC, SAF workstations, IOS, and AAR suites.
• Provide on-site support during exercises and evaluate trainee progress.
