Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a Technical Instructor Level II Gaming Instructor to train Government personnel using MCIS (CPCE), VBS3, and GFT. You will deliver individual, collective and leader training, measure training effectiveness via post-training assessments, and refine future training requirements.

Proven experience in MCIS and training environments is essential. Responsibilities include coaching, creating SOPs, leading training events, and preparing AARs.

Qualifications

• Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills for learning and working with students and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Operate MCIS and provide over-the-shoulder training for unit MCIS operators with MCIS, gaming, and simulations.
• Support training event EXCON/HICON/response cell operations and AARs, delivering after action reviews and logs.
• Report to Training Support Lead and provide monthly status reports detailing hours, classes taught, and system issues.
