Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience, overseeing multimedia, digital health, or e-learning content.
• Experience sourcing, hiring, and directing diverse production teams and external agencies.
• Strong operational skills in vendor contracts, negotiations, and production P&Ls.
• Ability to partner with SMEs/clinicians while preserving clinical fidelity of content.
• Fluency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Airtable) and modern video/design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production calendar, resources, and budgets for CBT modules and training content.
• Collaborate with content clinicians to translate protocols into executable production plans.
• Recruit and direct content production teams and external vendors, managing contracts and deliverables.
• Oversee handoff of content to product and engineering teams, ensuring asset specs and integrations.
• Establish and apply frameworks to measure content success using usability and engagement metrics.
• Maintain brand standards, accessibility (WCAG), asset licensing, and rights management.
