We are seeking a highly operational Content Producer to manage the business of production for Menssano. In this role, you will own the end-to-end production lifecycle for our cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills training and psychological content.
You will not just be making content; you will be managing the production engine. You will work in lockstep with our Clinical Content Specialist, who owns the therapeutic integrity of the interventions. Your mandate is to translate her clinical expertise into scalable, high-quality multimedia content by managing the operational pipelines, budgets, outside vendors, delivery systems, and performance assessments.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the Business of Production: Build and govern the overarching production calendar, resource allocation, and budget for all CBT modules and psychological training content. Ensure all production workflows operate efficiently from concept to final delivery.
- Partner with the Content Specialist: Coordinate directly with leading psychologists to translate validated clinical protocols into executable production plans. Ensure the production process protects clinical fidelity so that final assets never drift from the source protocol.
- Team & Vendor Management: Identify, vet, hire, and direct the content production teams. Manage relationships, contracts, and deliverables for all outside vendors, including freelance creators, video editors, graphic and motion designers, voice talent, and specialized studios.
- Drive Content Delivery: Oversee the technical and operational handoff of finalized content. Coordinate deeply with the product and engineering teams on asset specs, integrations, interactive sessions, and exercises to ensure seamless delivery into the Menssano system.
- Lead Content Assessment: Establish frameworks to assess the success of the content. Organize feedback sessions, analyze usability data with students and counselors, and utilize engagement metrics to continuously iterate and improve existing content.
- Govern Brand and Compliance: Create and enforce style guides, templates, and brand standards. Ensure all content meets WCAG accessibility standards (captions, transcripts, alt text) and reflects the diversity of our college student demographic. Maintain the asset library, licensing, talent releases, and rights management.
