Job summary

Health Haven is seeking a Digital Growth & Healthcare Content Lead to drive digital visibility, create content, and generate qualified leads across psychiatry, TMS, Spravato, and clinical research services.

You will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and operations, producing compelling content, managing external vendors, and measuring outcomes to improve patient engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; portfolio required.
• Proven digital marketing experience with SEO, social media, and content creation.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities for healthcare audiences.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and contributors across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and creative direction for brand messaging and lead generation.
• Write website copy, blogs, emails, landing pages, and video scripts.
• Monitor analytics, optimize campaigns, and improve conversions.
• Translate clinical and research topics into accessible patient education materials.
• Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to drive qualified inquiries.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and operations to align content with services.
