Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a CBRN Operations Administration and Logistics Coordinator to provide operations, administrative, and logistics coordination for the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP). The role requires supporting surge deployments, NSSE, and recall during contingencies, with travel to multiple sites including Portland, OR.

The candidate will tailor deployment plans, manage tasking systems, and interface with ArcGIS/HSIN tools, while ensuring compliance with security and policy

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operational experience in logistics, planning, analysis, database management, project management, and writing government documents.
• Understanding of CBRN detection operations including planning, documenting, and reporting information.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently; Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services listed to the specific locality supported, based on unique constraints and/or environmental factors in each case.
• Develop and support the implementation of MDDP CBRN deployment plans and strategies tailored to operating environments.
• Interface with DHS toolsets, including ArcGIS, HSIN, and others, in support of MDDP data / knowledge management.
• Manage and coordinate MDDP tasking systems, operational requests, and MDDP deployment data.
• Support document development, strategic planning efforts, and assist in the implementation of policies and procedures to sustain chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear detection operations.
• Identify MDDP training requirements and develop MDDP training plans.
• Create an MDDP training and exercise documentation system.
• Administer MDDP property management, including fleet management and equipment inventory support as requested, which may include travel to MDDP locations across the United States
• Inform development of operational support products, including CONOPs, SOPs, job aids, brochures, and handbooks, and identify training and exercise requirements that promote a "systems" view of all operational support activities and CBRN detection program and capabilities development.
