Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our growing MA team as CBHI Program Director. You will lead the in-home behavioral therapy and therapeutic mentoring programs, guiding staff to implement treatment plans and ensure high-quality client care.

The role requires an LMHC or LICSW, a master's degree, at least five years of relevant experience and supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting to locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily oversight of the CBHI program.
• Oversee in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs.
• Guide staff in development and implementation of treatment plans and methodologies.
