Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our Massachusetts team as CBHI Program Director. The role focuses on leading in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs, guiding staff, and ensuring effective treatment implementation for clients.

The ideal candidate holds an MA license (LMHC/LICSW), a Master’s in a related field, and at least five years of CBHI experience, with two years in supervision.

Qualifications

Independent clinical license in Massachusetts required.
Master's degree in a related Human Services field.
Minimum five years with behavioral disorders and CBHI experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversee daily CBHI program operations.
Guide staff and ensure effective in-home treatment programming.
Oversee development and treatment methodologies for clients.
