Job summary

Hirebridge in Massachusetts seeks an experienced clinician to serve as CBHI Program Director, overseeing in-home therapy, behavioral services, and mentoring programs. You will lead staff and shape care delivery for children, adults and families in a growing organization.

Applicants must hold an MA LMHC or LICSW, a Master’s in a human services field, and at least five years of related experience with supervision.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in MA.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Five years minimum experience with behavioral disorders; CBHI experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; reliable IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily operations of the CBHI program.
• Guide staff in treatment methodologies and in-home services.
• Ensure effective implementation of in-home treatment and programming for clients.
