Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts seeks an experienced clinician to lead and manage the CBHI program across in-home therapy and mentoring services. The Program Director will guide staff, shape treatment approaches, and ensure effective implementation of all in-home programming for children, adults, and families.

Qualified candidates hold an independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in MA, with a master’s degree in a related field, and at least five years in behavioral health,

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in Massachusetts - Required.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
• Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders and previous CBHI experience
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the area CBHI program including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs.
• Guide the staff and assist in the development, treatment, methodologies and ensuring the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for our clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize service delivery, ensure compliance with regulations, and support staff development.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure high-quality client care across our MA locations.
