Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to lead our CBHI program as Director. You will oversee in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and mentoring programs, guiding staff and shaping treatment approaches to ensure high-quality client care.

The role requires licensure (LMHC or LICSW), a Master’s in a human services field, and a track record in supervision and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in Massachusetts required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.
• Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders and CBHI experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and ability to commute to multiple locations.
• Access to high-speed secure internet required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily operations of the CBHI program, including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring.
• Guide staff and assist in development, treatment methodologies and implementation of in-home services.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality client care and program compliance.
